Joseph try to find something different you like to snack on. Grapes are quite sweet, I keep some by my computer so I can snack on them instead of wanting chocolate. I like carrot sticks instead of crisps. Like the guys say a little bit of what you like is good, just try not to go mad!!
If I want pizza now I have half a pizza and half a plate of really nice salad instead of a full pizza.
And exercise is good. Often when I exercise I don't want to eat as much afterwards.
