In answer to your question, Pavels, I say yes, of course! I am a straight female, and I have male friends, gay and straight, that are purely platonic. I do not imagine that I am so attractive that every man would love me... and I should hope I have more to offer a person, anyways

My absolute best friends are girls. In fact, I have trouble being "only friends" with guys when I'm not in a relationship. Even if the guy is straight, theres a yearning I don't entirely understand..

Maybe it's just the fact I'm a teenager- but I think the better question is "Can you be friends with those you are attracted to, or will you always want more?"
