Yeah, I don't think she said it because she knows though. Do you? We're very open, about everything, and we often joke about sexuality. As in my whole family implies same sex inuendo to each other at any given opportunity. We're not exactly traditional in those respects lol.

Ah well, mums generally know a thing or two about their kids and maybe she does suspect but is letting you come out with the news whenever you are ready. Has she asked you about your sex life, or romantic life, ever? Does she take an interest in who you are dating?

No she doesn't. Which I guess is odd. I never thought about that before. But I never date. I never have any romantic interest cos I steer clear from it. I suppose thats why! Why do you think thats relevant? More recently I say really blatantly gay things in front of my entire family, like if we're watchin a movie and the guy takes his shirt off or something, I'm all like "now we're talkin!" or watever. Everyone laughs, but I think I mite have made it into too much of a joke now...

That's how my story goes. When I finally told my mum, I was so stressed out, we decided to leave for the day. When i got back, she'd left a message on the answerphone saying: 'honey, I wasn't born yesterday!' What a relief it was. :biggrin: . But it was all the more a relief as I'd suspected it would cause her great anguish after my brother's untimely death of AIDS.

idk how to respond to those... but anyways my mom says she knows everything that goes around the house so im guessing most moms are like that so she will probably know already just snoop around and maybe you will find out if she suspects it or not
