Heart Ache/Break
#1
I always thought that this was just a phrase people used when they broke up with someone...
But tonight i have experienced it.

It really is not nice, loosing someone you love so so much. I may only be young but i have deffinatly felt it. Chest hurts, eyes hurt from constant crying.

Anyone else gone through this, any ideas how to stop it!? :frown:

The best thing you can probably do is probably let yourself feel the hurt and the loss. A break up is like mourning so you need to let time do its thing. When you've cried your eyes out sufficiently, you'll begin to heal and start thinking more positively about how good it is to be alive... and how you can start over again with a new person. I'm sorry to hear of your loss, of course, but if it couldn't be helped, then you don't want to lay all the blame on yourself. You'll probably have to find ways of forgiving yourself for not finding the key to making the relationship work. Be brave and good luck with recovery. Bighug

On another note, if you fear that your heartbreak is becoming too difficult to bear, some mild sedative might be good and you might talk this over with your doctor??

As PA says, cry! Dont stop until your empty! Then find something productive and build yourself up. Its the way i do it.
