Issues when preparing for anal sex

Hey all, hope you are doing fine. I hope you'll be able to help me.

I've been having anal sex for a few years and have always been not super comfortable in it. I love it but it hurst a bit and I'm always scarred of the brown. Although I douche well before. Lately especially, when I prepare myself before' i end up not being able to because it causes me to have the run so it's even worst. I changed the pump and the new one is washed thoroughly before and after douching.

Has anyone have advice ? Had the same issue ?

Anal sex is really painful.
Your BF should fuck slowly at beginning.
Douching is not necessary for me.
When your anal fit your BF' penis, let him fuck heavily.

This can happen if you douche too thoroughly and the water passes beyond the internal anal sphincter. Probably best to ease off the power jet cleaning.

Another way to relax about it all might be to try eating different foods. Some foods will leave your bowels cleaner and then you don't have to worry about it, or even about douching.
