Lower the post requrirement...

I am quite unhappy that i cannot load an image on my signature or even on a post one without having 100 ps. Compared to other forums and websites on the net its very ridiculous. Im not trying to piss anyone off, but i say it how i see it. In conjunction with Reagan's famous quotes... "Mr.Gorbachev tear this wall down!" i say tear this requirement down! All in favor?
