Pride and the new New Mexico glbtq center

Good to be back folks, missed being on the internet, had a great day today, the official ribbon cutting, rainbow of course, was at 9 am mdt here in Las Cruces, New Mexico, even politicians were on had to add their support, and ask for votes of course. It took 3 years of hard work to make it happen but the reception has been great. We had a booth at the pride picnis and a shuttle bus to take people to the center to check it out. The Pride parade and picnic was great with many old friends and more new friends showing up. I was forced to have a wash off tattoo of the rainbow flag put on both arms as well as many beads around my neck. meet alot of young people showing their pride. Daniel wanted to go to the center and volunteer to help 17 years old and an activist already, had lots of fun meet alot of new people as well as old friends.
