Fenris, when do you have time to make all of those things? What is your job? I wish I had time to cook more. Explore more recipes. Really, especially desserts. But...no mercy for the American College of Sofia students..

It sounds much more complicated as it it. As first I´m at home .. since I can´t work., and I can´t sleep more then 3 - 5 hours a day... mostly less and then its a question of organisation ... and of good freezers. I cook many meals in 5, 10 and 20 liter pots... and freeze. Baking... is the same. It only needs a few days a year for making things like jams, oils, collect and drying Herbs... whatever. For meals with meat you spend much time... vegetarian meals mostly only take a few minutes.
