You'll want to take it slowly at first. Don't rush. I got a bit impatient once (okay, I was a bit too frisky that day) and I didn't enjoy it that time because it hurts if you allow your partner to enter you too quickly.
Anyway, let your partner enter you slowly. They may need to pull out and re-enter a few times as I've found it takes a few moments to relax in to it.
Also, make sure you use plenty of lube. I'd go for a silicon based one because it lasts longer and doesn't dry up like water based lubes.
Finally, the safe sex notice: unless you are in a stable monogamous relationship and have both been.tested (after waiting at least 3 months) and are clear then use condoms. You won't feel what it's like for some one to come in your ass but better safe than sorry.
