AFAIK: HIV, Hepatitis, some more sicknesses ... and Worms....

I don´t difference between high risk... lower risk.... because a lower risk is a risk....

Tongue-Condom? ... sorry.. just kidding mile: ... be sure that you and your partner are healthy... the only thing I and everybody can say.... against some kinds of Hepatitis are vaccinations possible ...

Fenris is right, all of those things are possible... but that doesn't mean certain.

HOWEVER if you are both 100% clean (literally and figuratively) there is no harm in it. I tend to just take a good shower and wash thoroughly with anti-bacterial stuff around my rear if I'm recieving, my hubby does the same. Standard hygiene.
