If there really is no way to contact the man you're going to drive yourself nuts thinking about him. You don't need to dismiss him from your thoughts entirely because he sounds useful as a wank fantasy, but don't forget about everyday life.

Yeah that's pretty much what I needed to hear. I think the reason this guy lit such a huge fire in me is because this side of me has been suppressed for so long. Unfortunately "everyday life" where I live is very gay-unfriendly (among other things), so the search to find a guy that might make a difference seems pretty intimidating.
