We have only some Aldi and Lidl discounters here near the village.... unfortunately they are without a café... so here shopping is boring... but I like shopping in the bigger towns like Hamburg....

We have several supermarkets nearby... Lidl is only one of them, and I don't enjoy going there much except for the prices and the occasional good bargains. Mostly we shop at Carrefour. Sometimes when it's late, Géant casino opens later than most so we go there but they really are thieves and most of their prices are way out of control. Leclerc is our safest bet, if we can get out there with a car. Migros is only down the hill. They sell Swiss stuff and European wares as well. I think only Migros and Géant have a cafeteria though.

I used to shop in Asda all the time, but then I moved to Glasgow. The nearest to me is a Tesco (right under my flat), but it is just a small Tesco Express. I usually shop in the big Tesco Extra and for long lasting stuff I buy in bulk from Costco.

Costco has a café that is really nice. I love their Chicken Bake - although this is Glasgow and I would swear that it is actually fried!

My boyfriend is from Livingston and when we visit his mother we sometimes go to the Asda afterwards because it is big and had a good selection of food at a reasonable price.

I go food shopping for my mother at big supermarket. My brother happens to work at the supermarket. I thought about working there... meh, not really my thing. I dunno if I could work at a supermarket. I'm excellent shopper, I mostly get all of the right items on the list my mother gives me.

Morrisons for private reasons.

However i grew up with Tesco i suppose. Asda is like a whore house on smack and i hate it. Lidl and Aldi are great for the german delights for BBQ's and special occasions. But Morisons wins mostly to its nice " Oldie Greengrocer" type shop.

If I use the supermarket I generally start in LIDL and finish in Tesco. Otherwise it's local farmers and the market.
