It really depends on how busy I am. If I concentrate on things like programming or studies, masturbation is the last thing on my mind. Average tho would be about 2-5 times a week...

Hey look this topic is still here, so let me update my earlier post.
I typically masturbate once a day, however I have noticed especially recently that if I skip a day, the next day I am much more tense and prone to easily be angered, so I have come to the conclusion that daily masturbation is crucial to my mental health. Thus I will continue to do it daily, plus it feels damn good too.

Sounds like your life has moved on to more interesting grounds... or just more daily 'work' stress.... The act still relieves after a hard day, and may help to go to sleep.
