As a young teen, I would do it 4 times a day. As I got into my late teens, it was once a day or so. Now, I do it like once a week or once every other day. It really varies. Right now I've done it 2 times today. I now have this sudden urge to do it again.

Very irregularly. I did it like 3 days straight once including yesterday but I'm about to go to bed today without doing it for the day. Never more than once a day though. And I only did it for the 1st time a few months ago (yes). I swear, no other time (although always awesome) has compared to that 1st rush. Interesting. Paulo Cohelo wrote in one of his books that men masturbate because they are to scared to go after the real thing, there fear gets in the way to approach the guy of their dreams so they go home and masturbate in a fantasy...and sometimes its just fun
