Yes, it does. But, perhaps there is an element of truth in it for certain individuals. For example, I can imaging that for those where the very notion of sexual intercourse is appalling it can used for the release of built up sexual tension within themselves without having to address their fear.

But, for the vast majority of people it is a grand way to spend some quality time with yourself.

I'd say about.... every other day. Sometimes twice a day or every day depending on my mood for the week. LOL
Sometimes my hormones act up, I can't help it. Besides, there's nothing else (or no one else :tongue: ) I can do.
