Hey guys, for those of you who are just starting to come out (such as myself) or even those of you who are gay and like hearing about coming out stories I have started to do a vlog on Youtube in regards to my coming out journey! I thought it might help those who are in the closet and having a hard time. My first youtube video is called "so ready to come out". Join Youtube and subscribe if you would like to hear more of my coming out stories. I will probably be starting to do a new video every 2 weeks or so.
I am very excited to start my coming out process and would love for you all to be apart of it!
Best,
Steve

princealbertofb: I am going to be going back to my University in a couple of days and I am thinking about telling 2 of my openly gay friends first. They are pretty chill kids who have been friends with me and my other straight friends for a while. I thought it would be great to come out to them first because I know that they can relate to my situation and can even give me advice on the coming out process. What do you think? Good idea?
Wintereis: Thanks for the complement. I am finally at the point that I know who I am and don't care if people find out and that's why I'm not scared to create the vlog. It's also very therapeutic to create these videos. I hope you like them! I will be creating another video tomorrow so make sure to tune it!

Yes, Steve, that seems like a very good idea. Many often confide in women friends, as they seem more likely to understand where we are coming from, since attracted to the same type of person. These days, though, there are plenty of straight guys (mostly educated, I'd say), who will act no differently to you be you gay or be you straight. Hopefully with new generations, things are evolving.
