Is your gaydar good?

i think homosexual behaviours (whether more of feminine or masculine) are geographically influenced. i mean more of western gays act more masculine compared to eastern gays who act more feminine.

Some studies show that gays are slightly better than straight men at identifying sexuality by looking at faces. However, it's likely the cause of some cultural cues, certain hairstyles and such that we recognize unconsciously that straight people would miss.

There was a recent study done that showed people often draw conclusions about sexuality from the way people walk, but they were also very bad at actually determining sexuality that way.

I agree. Sound stereotype but it 's true that in gay culture most of us have something in common either in movie or music that straight guys do not have. And sometimes, we unconsciously learn some certain behaviors from that.
Also, some of us develop a little bit of femininity due to the fact that sometimes, femininity are needed to attract another the gay guys or at least send out some signals.
This may not be true for the whole gay world but I noticed that several gay guys inflated their voices when they speak. And I found that cute
