Addicted to sex?

How many times a day or a week having sex can be classed as a sex addiction?? or is it the number of different guys?? i'm not sure....... but I think maybe I'm addicted??!! :confused:

No really though, I would say as long as you're not like getting fired for like banging in the storage room at work or like beating off in the back of the theater.
I mean if your sex isn't getting in the way of your day to day life, or stopping you from being a normal functioning person.

I would say you're okay.

I agree with previous post....as long as sex is not preventing you from functioning normally you should be ok. Just please try to be safe and enjoy w/out harming others. If it is interfering with your daily life try for a couple of weeks to focus on other interests so it's not all consuming. Hope this helps.

i don't think there's such a thing as sex addiction... i imagine myself (as soon as i get me a boyfriend) to suck him off like, 4-5 times a day, if possible....

Sexual addiction like any addiction can be serious business and it should not be confused with having alot of or liking sex.

It really isnt' about the number of times...it is more about the effect it has on you and your life. For starters...Does it interfere with your day to day activities or your well being? If you are an addict the ironic thing is denial is part of addiction so just answering those simple questions honestly might be difficult.

I'd go along with Timmy, Jfierce and East. An addiction tends to lead to something you continue to do even though it is having a detrimental effect on "everyday life" (whatever that means!).

hahaha... i'm just amazed at this forum site... this is the very first ever environment where i get to interact with foreigners who are also gay... usually, i interact with straight foreigners and i pretend as if i'm female..hehe
