Well Pseudo Rob it is an interesting question which doesn't have an exact answer Turkey's western part is more european while east part is like villages, and not developed at all. I've never gone to eastern part of Turkey and I'm 19 years old But Istanbul is a big city, and its modern, I would put Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara in european category )
