bowels and bottoming
#1
I know it is bad/unhealthy to douche or enema to clean yourself out, but if I haven't had a bowel movement bottoming hurts. If I have, then it usually feels great!

What should I do about that? I don't like to eat a whole lot of vegetables, but I do try sometimes. I'm considering Metamucil in the morning and would get a bowel movement in the evening hopefuly (based off what I have read). Does that sound like a good plan, or is that thinking along the same lines as enemas etc? Any healthy suggestions are helpful!

Metamucil doesn't sound like so bad an idea if it works for you, but it's a good idea to take multi-vitamins alongside a fiber supplement.

Not my area of expertise but I've seen products like StreemMaster advertised, just have never tried them; has anyone here? But regarding fiber in the morning, there's a lot of high fiber oatmeals and such if you prefer more of an actual breakfast in the morning. I'd be curious to hear what works for people as well
