I'm confused by this. If it's not a sexual attraction, then you just think she's a cool girl, right?

When I was your age, I had "crushes" on girls. None of them were about sexual attraction, but I would find a girl pretty, smart, funny, etc. It wasn't until later that I realized I was repressing my feelings of attraction for men, and I realized there was sexual attraction with men and that this is why I never felt it with the girls.

Point being, you are at a confusing age where we can think we have a crush on someone... but maybe you just think the 11 year old girl is cool, and there's someone else more age appropriate you'd feel sexual attraction with?

No, of c ourse it is not wrong and of course you shouldn't just forget abou her. But you have to keep in mind that an 11 year old's mind would be much different than yours, everything would be much different...I mean, it's not like you are going to get her pregnant. If you think that you reeeeeally like her and she likes you back and all, then go for it...but if it's a minor, idk, crush...try turning it into friendship instead.

thats very bad advice and you should look into the laws in the USA,I only yesturday watch a TV show were a 19 old girl was only "friends" with a 14 old girl,the 14 year old girl's parents complained,so the 19 old was sent to prison,she was facing a 30 year long sentance,in the end she took a plea for a few years but will have to be on the sex offenders register for life.

That's from wikipedia under deffences and exceptions. So judgeing off that you wouldn't be classified as a pedo. Although when you turn 16 and she turns 12, then thats another story, and will be looked at on a whole different level.

Although you said it was none sexual, I thought I best point that out anyway. I'v had a 15 yr old girl crush on me when I was 11, so it's not like it hasnt happend befor, happends all the time I'd imagine.

Personally though I would leave it. The bad would out weigh the good aspects of the relationship which could potentially make you both alot worse in terms of friendship with each other, her sister and anyone else who doesnt aproove. Also she's only young and might not truely understand everything yet.

The unwirtten law is: Take your age and half it, then plus 7 and thats the youngest person you should seek a relationship with. so that would be 14.5 yrs old for you unfortuanly.
