Listening to John Lingard - Australia.
Came across an article on a singer of the Voice, John Lingard who has said Ricky Martin helped him 'come out' in a very small corner of the article. Where is the support??
Ricky Martin was publicized as a female sex symbol. Don't you think we should be supporting them for who they are? He had a hard time and kept it secret from everyone due to his career and how he was publicized.
We should support John on his road on this 'reality show' and encourage promotion that is appropriate. Particulary being on such a show where they can make you out to be whatever they want. We should ensure he knows we are supporting him and encourage proper promotion so that future gays in the industry are not placed in such a society model.
Listened to John Lingard online too and he's great. I'll be making sure he knows I don't think he should hide from being gay. look up his music.
