This user is a fraud. He has admitted it and he was removed from the site last year. His whole story was made up, he says that is all started as a high school project, and he hurt me and maybe some others on this site.

I attempted to continue a sort of friendship as this monster needed so much psychological help. He was screaming for help, begging for help, saying I was the only one that could give him that help but it was also a story. Maybe!?

This monster may be a child molester, and a member of GS has made that accusation. I have made a report to his authorities but expect little to be done... especially since the SA President - well, you can learn about SA and their continuing problems GOOOO WORLD CUP

I do believe that the authorities in SA and the international authorities have enough evidence to put away this monster if they ever act but all data on this site should also be preserved if possible.

If anyone else has any other info on this monster you can contact me here or PM me and ask for my email addy where I am collecting more data for the authorities!

I love that film. I listened to offshore radio all the time until Wilson's government outlawed it. So much of that film is based on stuff that really did happen. Sadly it took me a while to come back to Radio Caroline after that time, but whenever I tried to listen it was either not broadcasting or playing music I didn't like.

With instant access to any music we like these days it is almost impossible to convey how difficult it was in the 1960s to satisfy one's need for anything other than top forty commercial music. We had to be a bit more creative I think.

cant believe that music used to be pretty much banned in the 60's on radio incase it corrupted the youth haha, sounds so funny now but scary that its true - i think it says in the movie that radio 1 only played about an hour of pop music per day - god knows wot people listened to instead, some great songs on the soundtrack that i never heard before - great film that i plan to buy on dvd
