I'm joking. When I hit 29 I was really bad for a year, absolutely mortified that I'd soon be thirty. When it came, didn't make the slightest difference. Don't care anymore. I'm like a fine wine or cheese, get better every year

I liked Tennessee Williams' idea - he lopped about 4 years off his age all the way through his life. His reason? "I refuse to count the years working in a shoe factory as living"
