Himile: My name is Burak and i am from Turkey. Living in istanbul and i will try introducing myself. I am saying this because it has been a long time since i have written anything down in english. And last 2 years i was trying to learn/improve my german. (sadly my german isn't good enough to manipulate masses yet unlike some certain man we all know from bloody pages of histroy :biggrin: But when it is i will build my very own army in forum :tongue
I actually dont know what to put here. I am an engineering student.(senior) I am 22 years old, got no brothers or sisters. Definitly in closet. (tried coming out but i chickened out) I have been in usa in my freshman year.(so i am pretty familiar with american sarcasm and i use/like it alot) I live in a very conservative country. (being gay or going gay bars are completely possible and legal no one throws stone to you. But society puts a big pressure on gay people to stay in closet than helping them to come out :biggrin
I like reading, travelling (both inside and outside of the country), watching anime.
My favorite books are the sandman, game of thrones, I robot, my name is red, wheel of time, ancient evenings. i enjoy to read fastasy literature, history, popular sciences .
I love all kinds of music except hiphop, heavy metal (dead metal etc) and indian music.
Actually when i think it about there are lots of music types taht i dont like. Anyway!
My favorite movies are Big Fish, The Fall, LOTR, Island, Saw 1 (only the first movie)
And i am gay :tongue: i am aware of it since i was 10 or younger. i ve never denied it but hiden it.
i registered this forum because i think there is more here than just dating, sex or porn. And i would really like to meet new people. Find some courage or a good book suggestion or a movie i dont know. But I must tell you this, whatever i can get from this forum you can be sure that i will leech it. (Typical torrent user)

Thanks. You should have seen me 2 years ago before german (language) started raping my english. I was a little shakespeare myself. Actually i was more like Hamlet. (you know less insane than shakespeare but still can speak good english)

And the books i named are really good but they would take alot of your time. Except I robot or my name is red.

And about your music taste nothing is spoiled. Since ( I presume ) you got that
funny/ cute/ sexy british accent. There are 2 kinds of people i enjoy seeing them speaking english. Germans and British people. They sound completely different yet i can define both of their accents with same adjectives. (funny/ cute/ sexy) :biggrin:

Thanks. (i guess) mile: Well being talkative is more like an individual thing than a national characteristic. And they were probably uncomfortable because you are gay. But not necessarily all turkish people are like them. For example I am %100 ok you being gay :biggrin:

Thanks. Well lets say that it is a state famed with tornados, beach parties, surfers and sharks. It has six packed hunks, chicks like victoria secret's angels but when you get away from the coast. You will see what Mc Donalds have done to americans. It is like an elephant graveyard. Full of old people some retired some are still working and some are already dead (someone forgot to burry them i guess) It is the state of crocodiles and tacos. Any guess?
