Shock of my life yesterday!

Hello,
Yesterday i got a shock of my life but before i tell you what i will explain first...
l live in a small one bedroom flat consisting of three rooms.... Room one as i walk in the door i step into my kitchen/lounge/dining room, Room 2 Toilet and bath and room 3 is the bedroom.. Now its a very tiny little flat and i usually pay £45 a month for waste and water supply to my property (waste taken away not supplied)... Well i got my monthly bill through yesterday and they want £830 ($1660) so i called em up and they said they think its a mistake..... Too bloody right.... So the question is.... What would i have to be to spend this amount on water???

p.s it says in 1 month i used 705 thousand litres of water....
