When you go to post a comment look at the second tool bar that starts with B. The second to last option is a little youtube button (red and white). Click on that, and insert the #s part of the youtube url in between the brackets.
It should look like this ---> [YOUTUBE]9oCl2t9pn_0[/ YOUTUBE] (without the space I added).

You can also just type out the code: [youtube] xxxx [/ youtube] and it works the same, just remove spaces.
