soft dry penis, desensitized, depression
#1
Hey gayspeak.

i'm 28, and for the last year or so, penis has not functioned normaly. i've been tested for major std's, but the head and shaft really don't have the same good feelings when stimulated. it feels dry and irritated. i dont like oral sex, and the anxiety related to this is really debilitating sometimes.

i have tried different lotions, went to a derm and tried different lotions for healing and irritation, but it hasn't helped. i can achieve orgasm only by watching porn.. cumming feels okay but not like it once did. i also notice that i have to tense up more to get hard. i also have numb feelings of having to pee, and even stomach pains feel numbed. weak urine stream as well.

i went to a urologist recently, he didn't see anything, but i am waiting back for blood test results of bacterial i nfections. i've taken antibiotics for this before too.

I haven't had herpes outbreaks or wart outbreaks, although i was diagnosed with anal warts a year or two ago. i had them burned off but haven't been checked for it recently.

i really miss my erection and sharing it with others. Sad can anyone help with ideas?

Is there anything in your diet that could help the nerve endings, which seem to have gone numb?
Problems with diabetes spring to mind.... (although I may be completely wrong) check it?

I imagine your doctors have checked your prostate health as well?

Medical concerns should really be addressed to physicians.

from your description it sounds this could be organic... even thought the dermatologist and urologist couldn't find anything ask for a second opinion : GUM physician, Dermatologist and urologist. Even if they think its a psychological issue this should be verified and addressed by a specialist.

are you circumcised? I dont remeber exact numbers but it drastically decreases sensitivity.
