I think that's right. As siblings born after you are irrelevant to the scientific study i think PA based this poll on, which discovered that males born from a mother which had already carried male babies are more likely to be gay. The more males the mother has carried, the more likely.

I have an older half sister from my mums first marriage and a twin brother.

I am an only child and gay. Death of a family line right there.

Even if you are gay you can still have children. I have three from a marriage long ago.
I also have some friends that are gay and a surprising number of them want kids.
