This thread occurred to me while I was at work looking at head shots. I was thinking about who would have the "image" I would like to see in GLBT advertising as a "typical gay." My choice of actor/producer of USA's Covert Affairs, Christopher Gorham would in fact be all wrong. However, both he and his wife openly support GLBT rights in the Christian community.

His look is good, and projects a positive image easy for straights, bis and gays to accept. At age 37 he is manly with a boyish quality, but has a distinctively adult firmness. Nice smile, but as you can see from the pics he has an "all business" side. He projects a toughness that we gays should perhaps show more of. He has the well defined physique, but looks natural without a hint of "pretty boy," or "muscle man." From reviewing all the pics of Chris Gorham, he shaves a bit on his chest.

The pic was poor, it was before he was buff. He had less hair than Ashton Kutcher.

No happy trail shots in Google.

Strange to admit, I think he looks hotter in this style shirt than shirtless.
He wears them all the time on his TV show, Covert Affairs.

So, what do you think of Gorham's IMAGE for a national ad in say - People Magazine? Today you are the client!

Yep, some adult males have little body hair, so it can be natural. Then there are all those who shave or wax it off.... But I agree, happy (treasure) trails are nice....
