Joan Crisols does a lot of good photography namely with artists and dancers. But this page is full of the greatest lighting... see for yourselves;

Seems to me as though one can see a bit of his underneath from in front.

Reminds me of an e. e. cummings line to the effect of "what over's not some under's mere above."
