Barefoot Running

In my neighbourhood parks you're libel to step on a used needle or condom running barefoot. And the sidewalks are filthy!

Just wanted to update people, I now run regularly in my Vibram 5 fingers, but actual barefoot running has not been very sucessful for me. I think if I had a lot of time where I didn't have to do PT at work I might be able to toughen my feet up for it, but not given that time the closest I will be able to come is the 5 fingers.
