connexion is gone

a local ( USA Colorado Denver ) web site connexion dot org has gone off the air, it had run about 8 years. it was free and financed by a local glbt charity; the GILL Foundation. essentially a none dating site, dealt with gay issues; health, politics, etc.

I grew up on the connexion site; became a better gay.

why did it go?

they were not profitable in an expected time frame, connexion relied on the Gill Fund, a local lgbt charitable organization based in Denver CO USA.

I'd heard of connexion, but never really checked it out (other than a brief visit to the site some time ago)

I had no idea it was a local to Colorado :eek: site though

That is a shame It was a nice little community that I thought had potential
