My first time was uncomfortable (rather than painful) for the first few minutes, then I started enjoying it.
I don't use an enema, just have a good diet and finger yourself in the shower and you should be clean. I've never seen a guy have a dirty dick afterwards, even though if he wears a condom this'll be annoying rather than disgusting in the event it does happen.
