Not really, but when I was a 15-year-old runaway in Houston a few girls & boys were invited to an orgy open to all orientations. Technically, I could've gone if I wanted (at least I think so), but I didn't wanna.
I did join an informal club for a short while when I was 20 where I had to have a physical by a doctor they provided before I was allowed to join.
