Hmm strange, I can't find anything about a law mandating circumcision in Wyoming. It may have been hospital policy, but state law? I'm sceptical.

I am uncut. And, sorry if I disgust anyone and everyone out there, but it wasn't until some time ago did I realize that I could pull back my foreskin all the way back to clean under there. :redface: But for or against foreskin - I guess it's the parents' decision. the preferrence is a matter of each one but the facts are these:

1) circumsition is not nessesary almostever, sometimes it happens that even with exersices to unleash the glande when it'sdifficult it just doesn't workand then it'sneeded the procedure to avoid infection and dabhigyene

2) normally penisses don't need theproceduresince it hasno real advantage, uncut people that has no realproblems can get as clean asuncut ones

3)it was brought to usaby jewdoctorsbecause oftheir beliefs and religion and then get popularized and became some kind of status

4) in almost allcountries people don't get theprocedure unlessthey really need to or they're jew

Sorry Zak point 3 is innacurate. Circ was popularised by in the USA by the quack JH Kellogg as a "cure" for masturbation amongst other things. He also advocated rubbing acid on the glans of men and clitoris of women to curb sexual desires amongst other examples of abject quackery.

It was also popular amongst the upper classes and the UK royals, as such aspirational types would cut their kids as a status thing. I suspect that is the reason all the men in my English Christian mother's family were cut. They were upper middle class military types who idolised the Royals.
