Do any of you get that ? Whenever I go upstairs, or do seated leg extensions, my knees crack like a bowl of Rice Krispies !!
I'm sure it's just the cartlidge and, as it doesn't HURT (it just SOUNDS really awful), it's not something I'm really WORRIED about at the moment, but ... should I be maybe ?
I have, for a long time, thought that if I can bulk up my quads, then the muscles will reduce the strain on the cartlidge ... but I really don't know whether that's just me bullsh!tting myself, or whether there's any validity to it ...
