He runs an ex-gay ministry if i remember correctly.
 Also, i think he himself is an ex-gay.(Or so he says )Also, Michele Bachmann believes it's her place to follow her husbands orders, so he probably has his hands in a lot of what Michele does politically. That's all i have to say on him really.
