Update: I really want to thank all of you for your advice I'm sure you all know how tough a time this can be for a person and any help a person can get is great.
My current girlfriend is the person I know I have to talk to about it next it's just difficult to find a good time to do it. with the holiday season just passing and her birthday coming up at the end of the month and our anniversary coming up just a few days later I know it would be right of me to talk to her about it as soon as possible. I know she's totally dependent on me (emotionally not financially) so I know she's going to be destroyed but i also know its only going to get worse the longer I wait.
Yikes, it's alot to think about!
