i believe in both in both science and religion, sorta like religion being a giant puzzle and science being the individual pieces. That and the modo i live by "love god, hate the church"

Why would any rational person look for an excuse to believe in a god?

No, I don't believe in God. I don't need God.

But I do believe in nature spirits. Forest people and water people are closest to my heart since I've spent all summers in middle of the forest by the lake. And I believe that there may even be "higer rank" spirits. Bu no. No gods.

I believe in the spirit which guides and creates nature and all living things and IS all nature and living things. I am a part of it, you are a part of it, planets billions of lightyears away are a part of it... the whole universe is some form and part of an aggregate living being, which we feel a need to personify and name with the word 'god'. Or at least that's how I see it...

I completely believe in God. I believe in miracles, but not to the extent most religious fanatics do. I identify as a Christian primarily because it was my upbringing (deep in the bible belt). So going off to college and being taught about evolution had my head kinda in a whack! But I finally accepted that evolution is the answer to creationism, I mean it makes sense to me, God could be a force of nature or some bearded alien that set the big bang off, I believe when I die my journey will not simply end. Maybe we are sent to another plane of existence, who knows. I just think the idea that the entire universe started from an entire point and as far as we know one little rock had all the right conditions to create life is a pretty crazy idea.

I beleive in....something. The closest thing to describe it would be "God" but I don't beleive in the bible, koran or tora and I am not religious in that way. I beleive in an aspect of God that is my own and sepperates whatever that is from the typical religious version of it.
I am very spiritual and I enjoy philosophizing about it but bottomn line is that I beleive through my heart alone and I encourage everyone to beleive in what they beleive is right, not what a "divine religious individual" claims is true.
