Have to be brutally honest here, whether it's a guy or a girl for me they have to respect their selves and keep clean damn it I cannot stand people with greasy hair, bad breath, bio.. dirty/tatty clothes, dirty fingernails is REALLY gross and well.. the worst! is if they smoke just no..

For me they need to be clean, tidy, respectful, friendly, close to my age, fairly young looking and what not.

I am pretty fussy so here is my list.
First and utmost if I smell BO I run to the hills.
Well dressed.
Clean hair ,Clean nails and hands.
Smelly feet huge turn off.
Shoes, My grandmother always told me you could tell a lot about a man , by checking out his shoes.( not talking about size LOL)
Clean shaved or Beard Not in between.
