Is this the same Spartacus where the Aussie actor who played him died recently? If so...I have seen the first season so far...I liked the gay couple..the guy with the long hair who liked birds and was set up and his lover who was going to go away with him after they bought their freedom....(forgot their names)

I think Lucy Lawless was also in it...she was Spartacus's wife who was going to be reunited with him and got killed in an ambush....

I don't remember seeing a "vengeance" on the end of the title so I am no sure if it is the same show?

Vengeance is series 2, gods of the arena was the prequel which was amazing. :-) big Spartacus fans :-)
