TPBM likes durian.

Last year my boss went to China and came back with some sweets for everyone. Of course, I couldn't read the packet, but by the colour I imagined they would be lemon flavoured. I should have read the smile on her face, because boy how wrong was I! They were durian sweets. It tasted to me like garlic, onion and sugar all rolled into one. It was fowl. My breath stank of it for ages afterwards, even after chewing gum.

So I guess you could say no haha.

TPBM loves severe weather.

Yes! As in a good thunderstorm. I love thunder, gales.. That feeling of being safe indoors. I don’t like severe heatwaves - I’m much better with cold weather than hot.

TPBM has tried being a vegetarian.

I haven't. The idea has briefly passed in my mind but never really seriously.

TPBM thinks we should just remain in BST all year round.

British standard time? I prefer US eastern time. When I win the lottery and buy a bungalow on Bora Bora, I suppose I'll go by Tahiti Time.

British Summer Time. Before the clocks go back. It just gets far too dark too early in GMT in Winter (Greenwich Mean Time, which is the time we are on now). If we stayed on GMT, we wouldn't get as long light in the Summer evenings either. There is debate whether we should just stick on one or the other and not change the clocks in Spring and Autumn.
