Yes, and if you consider skyr and kefir part of the yogurt family, I'm a yogurt fanatic. I have a small bowl of either Greek yogurt or skyr for breakfast every morning, and I have one to two glasses of kefir ever day.

I just realized I never answered this. No, I didn't have the day off yesterday, but I do have Monday off for a bank holiday.

No, I felt tired. Because I slept late the morning before due to fatigue from the vaccine, I slept very poorly last night.

depends on the day. If I have to work the next day, I won't take a nap, because I won't sleep well at night. If I have the next day off, I'll nap if I feel tired.
