This is pretty random.
I haven't spoken to my younger brother for years. It has been 9 years or more. Our relationship tore into pieces on the day he found out that I'm gay. His eyes were full of anger and hate. He refused to sit on the same couch and be in the same room with me.
We were once very close to each other since our older brother and sister spent a lot of their years in boarding schools. I was the one who take care of him the most. I pampered and spoiled him as much as possible. I remember how I requested my parents to cut down and give 50% of my monthly allowance to my younger brother. My parents just raised my monthly allowance at the time. They raised my allowance because I was in college.
Years have passed. Whilst we still continue not to talk to each other, his hate towards me has mild down. Probably because he has forgotten than I'm gay or something to that effect.
But whether he accepts me or not, he is still my brother. So I gave him few kitchen appliances for his new home. Nothing major just an electric stove and a toaster. He was tight with money.
I'm in my parents' house right now. My younger brother usually come home to my parents' house for a visit on every weekend. Anyway he has adopted two stray kittens.
He adopted the first kitten on last month and named him Cadbury (Because he's brown in color). He adopted the second kitten on last week. He found the second kitten somewhere in a street. The baby kitten has been abused. His stomach was tied with a rope. The kitten is really thin but with a huge belly. Part of his stomach has been skinned off. I don't know the kitten's name though.
Anyways I'm very proud of my younger brother for rescuing and taking care of stray abused kittens.
No matter how broken our relationship is, he is still my younger brother.
That is all.
