Last weekend I spent few hours watching a documentary called Tsunami - Caught in Camera on Youtube. It was about the 2004's tsunami that hit Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and few other countries.
I've watched it few years ago but decided to re-watch it again for a reminder and self reflection.
What did I learn from the documentary?
Approximately 280,000 people lost their lives in the 2004's tsunami. I do not know any of them but I feel like I owe them something, which is to appreciate life and everything that I have whilst I am still alive. I should not waste a single day with whine or alike because anything can happen in just a single day. So it is best to make the best of every day. Not matter how bad my day is, there are people out there who are having much worse than mine.
