I'm looking foward to tomorrow. It's market day in the small French town that I live in, and very well frequented. Stalls selling all kinds of food, 50 different types of olives (why?) cheese of course of every variety, including goat's if you like that sort of thing, specialities from the Basque region, fresh everything, fish out of the sea that morning and trucked up from coast, salmon, trout, oysters, stuff I don't know the English for. Pan-fried salmon with almonds for lunch, yummy!
