I had my first day back in work after 3 weeks travelling, went well I forgot how stressful the office got my head was spinning but I did make a student happy when I did his height and weight I told him he was 6ft and he didn't believe me he was so made up bless him
just being honest with myself and my feelings, and letting myself accept the feelings that I have. I let myself be sad, let myself cry, let myself by overjoyed , etc... kind of had all the emotions over the moon over the last few weeks... and now i m finally levelling out, feeling at peace with myself.
