Oh boy, the weather was terrible today (snow and freezing rain), however that was really my only annoyance. I had a few surprises at work; first the power went off, but that was alright because of a generator that kept the store at half-power which meant I could still cash people out. Later, I was greeted by a couple of the managers who congratulated me on getting 100% on my mystery shopper (I got a badge, oh yeah!). Then, my supervisor came up to me and asked if I wanted to do Head Cashier training, and I agreed. So I basically got promoted today, kinda out of blue. And now, I'm relaxing before I go out on the town with some co-workers. Can it really be, I enjoy going to work... :eek: ?
