I'm in my third week of the flu.... From what I have read this flu season 3 weeks is more the average.

I admit I am concerned since flu typically leads to 'walking pneumonia' in me. Actually I just get pneumonia but am too stubborn to lay down - LOL. I can't recall if I have had a pneumonia shot in the past decade or if it has been longer.

So how long do I wait before I go to the ER? A month?

If you are wheezing you might want to lay off the smokes.( BTW I heard that.:biggrin

If your mucus starts changing color from clear to yellow and green it's time for antibiotics.
In the meantime plenty of lemon honey tea , garlic and rub vicks vaporub on your feet.
